Reservations

We allow our clients to book their car or limo in advance without the extra charge of assuring that the ride will be available for them.

We also provide our vehicles for on-time, short-notice travels, in which case, clients can contact us to check if the services are available.

Once clients book a vehicle, we send a confirmation via email. Reservations are only confirmed when we send you a confirmation email or text.

Meet And Greet

Our chauffeurs will greet clients at the baggage claim section or any assigned customer exit complete with a name sign. The driver will guide clients to the designated location of the car or SUV.

We provide our drivers with complete information regarding the passengers’ flight times, as well as the software to track flight progress to learn about any early arrivals or delays.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations conducted four hours prior to the appointed transportation pickup time are not subjected to cancellation fees. However, cancellations that are made within four hours of appointed pickup time will be penalized with be charged the full price quoted to them.

Calls for any cancellations or changes between 12:00am and 6:00am must be made before 10:00pm, the night before scheduled pickup. Cancellations made between 10:00 pm and 05:00 am for next day reservations will be subjected to extra charges.

If clients have multiple reservations with us, they will need to cancel these separately.

No-Show Charges

In case a client leaves the intended pickup point due to a change of plans, please inform us. In the instance the client does not, a 100% no show fee will be applicable. If the driver is not present at the pick up point or the airport, please do not leave. Please call our dispatch service, and we will guide you on how to reach your driver. If you leave the area without calling us beforehand, a fee will be applicable for the complete price of the ride plus any waiting time.

Credit Card Transactions

We permit the transportation’s payment via credit card once we’ve confirmed the availability of funds. Our charges will appear as “Pending Funds” on your online statement until the trip is complete, at which time, you will complete the charge on your card and provide all receipts via email. In case of any uniformed stops/services, your total charge can be more than the original expected charge.

Disputes

All invoice charges will be assumed correct until we receive any objections within seven days from the date of the invoice. The full account of the dispute must be mailed. If the objection is received after the ten-day time period, all transactions will be considered final and non-refundable.

All credit charge charges will be assumed correct until we receive any objections within fifteen days from the written charge. The full account of the disputes along with any credit card statement/receipts must be emailed to us. If the dispute is initiated after the fifteen-day time period, all charges will be considered final and non-refundable.

Overdue Payments

If any delayed charges are not paid within 15 days of the service invoice, a certain percent of interest charges will be added with time. Any individual account holders must make all payments after the ride is complete, whereas any credit card-based payments will be automatically charged once the ride is complete.

Collection Fees

In case of any legal proceedings for extended payments/non-payment, all expenses for counseling, litigation and accounting must be paid by the customer.

This may include legal fees of counseling, litigation, accounting, costs, expenses and payments for all the actions taken before, during and later the commencement of legal proceedings.

Hourly Service Rates

In case of hourly charges, certain limitations on minimum hourly charges and destination zones will apply.

Point To Point Service Rates

Point to point service fares are calculated according to the mileage and zones. Corporate accounts may receive discounts based on the volume of usage. Further guidance in this matter will be provided by our sales representatives.

Stops

The charges on any stops will depend on the distance and location of the stop. Though stops (e.g. stopping for purchasing newspaper, picking mail, getting coffee) may not be charged, any long or multiple breaks will be subjected to extra rates. Stop charges also apply if you pick any extra passengers.

Destruction Of Property

If you and any other members of your travelling party cause any damage to the vehicle, a minimum fee of $250 will be charged. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law.

Termination Of Service

Our drivers are permitted to terminate or suspend the service of transport if clients behave in an appropriate manner. The passengers will be subjected to the full charge of the ride.

Personal Property

The client is fully responsible for their personal belongings such as phone, tablets, or laptops.  We recommend our passengers to check for items before they exit the vehicle.

Surcharges On Holiday Transports

In case you reserve and complete your transportation on a holiday, additional charges may apply. These holidays include:

  • New Years
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Cancellations/Changes/Delays In Service

Our company is not liable in the event of:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, thunderstorms, or other natural disaster resulting in missed flights or cancellations)
  • Unsafe road conditions
  • Extreme weather (Our fare prices may change in case of inclement weather)
  • Automobile accidents
  • Mechanical breakdown of a vehicle

We do not provide any insurance for any vehicular breakdowns. Customers may purchase travel insurance. The company is not liable to entertain any claims in this regard.
